We post our orders via Royal Mail Signed for Delivery. Tracking Information will be confirmed via email upon postage of orders. Charges are subject to change without prior notice. Postage is calculated during checkout. Orders are posted and delivered to a valid postal address on business days only (Monday–Friday only excluding bank holidays). If an order is placed on a weekend or bank holiday, the order will be processed on the next business day. 

We will attempt to ensure orders that are placed before 1pm, are processed and posted within 24 hours. Orders made after this time will be shipped the next available business day. This is dependent on product availability and transit time. Transit time can be anywhere from 1 to 4 business days and can vary depending on the postal address, internal server errors, postal cut-off times, weather and any unexpected circumstances which may result in a potential delay. 


As we are unable to resell returned goods, we have a limited returns policy. Prior to returning any products purchased, our returns policy should be reviewed in full and you then need to contact us to confirm the reason the products are to be returned. To return a product, please email us at to obtain a returns authorisation number within 14 days of postage. The returns authorisation number should be clearly displayed on the outside of the package being returned. Any returns sent without the returns authorisation number displayed on the outside will not be accepted/opened. No returns will be accepted that are beyond the 14 days postage/purchase date. Any returns postage costs are your responsibility and will not be refunded; only the product(s) which have been authorised returns will be refunded. Please allow a further 2 weeks from the date these are returned for us to process the refund.

Please note that we will not accept any returned products that have been opened and/or used. We will not accept any returned products which have not been used correctly by the buyer which have arisen from a failure to read and understand the instructions on the product and/or our website.

If the product has been damaged in transit or you believe the same to be defective, please contact us at to initiate a refund within 3 days of receipt.
